IF YOU QUALIFY FOR THE MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM THAT IS PROVIDED BY MEDICAID, GLOBALITY CAN TAKE YOU TO YOUR MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS.
Here are the steps to take so you can get FREE Transportation to Your Medical Appointments:
1) Call Medicaid phone line 1-877-633-8747 and tell them you receive Medicaid and need transportation to your medical appointment.
A Medicaid representative will help you with the eligibility process.
2) You will be asked to choose a medical transportation provider. We are Globality and we provide services throughout the Rio Grande Valley
3) If approved the representative of Medicaid will give you instructions as to how to schedule a medical transportation trip with Globality.
4) After being approved by Medicaid Call us at (956) 576-2187 so we may assist you on scheduling your non urgent medical transportation trips.

Estos son los pasos a seguir para que pueda obtener transporte GRATIS a sus citas médicas:
